A row leaves this list when: (1) the athlete books a check-in call (auto-removed), (2) the anniversary date passes (rolls out of the 30-day window automatically), or (3) you click Done to dismiss them. You don’t need to click Done after sending reminders - leave the row here until they book or you decide to give up. Reminder 1 is available the moment they enter this list (~30 days before anniversary). Reminder 2 unlocks 7 days after you click Mark Sent on Reminder 1. Annuals with a rebill in 30 days or less sit at the top - highest-leverage retention plays.

A row leaves this list when: (1) you click Done to dismiss them, (2) the athlete reactivates (sync flips status back to active automatically), (3) the access-ends date moves outside the window (more than 21 days past expiry), or (4) they already received Reminder 2 in the future window (the lapsed sequence is suppressed for athletes who got the full pre-expiry sequence). Lifetime members are excluded.
